Terms of use
These terms cover your use of this website and the mailing list. They are deliberately short because the site does one thing: it describes the kit and lets you ask to be told when it is available. An order has its own terms, the terms of sale, shown before you pay, with the price, delivery, your right of withdrawal and the software licence spelled out.
Who we are

The information on this site
We try to keep every statement here true and current, and we mark figures with notes that say where they come from. Performance figures describe results observed in simulation and early field tests, as stated in the notes beside them; they are not a warranty of what the product will measure on your vehicle. Specifications, kit contents and pricing may change before sale. The comparison of tool categories reflects how those categories are commonly sold and is not a statement about any particular brand.
Safety
Wheel alignment work involves lifting a vehicle. Never work under a vehicle supported only by a jack; use rated stands, chock the wheels, work on a firm level surface and follow the vehicle manufacturer's instructions. Information on this site is not a substitute for a workshop manual or for professional judgement about whether a vehicle is safe to drive.
The mailing list
You may sign up with an address you control. We send the notices described on the form and nothing else. You may leave at any time with the link in any message or via unsubscribe; we act on it immediately.
Intellectual property
The text, drawings and the Camberay name and mark are ours. You may quote and link to this site. You may not copy the drawings or the report layout into a competing product or imply that we endorse something we don't.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on the information on this site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud, or your statutory rights as a consumer in your country of residence.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of Luxembourg. If you are a consumer in the EU, UK or another country whose law protects you, you keep the protection of that law and the right to bring a claim in your own courts. We are not obliged to take part in alternative dispute resolution and have not committed to do so.
Changes
The version date above changes when these terms change. The version on the site at the time you use it is the one that applies.
